Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of services provided by Clear Vector Intelligence ("CVI", "we", "us"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

CVI provides Mission Intelligence Briefs — personalised physiological analysis of air travel missions. Current service tiers:

  • Mission Analysis — £350 per brief
  • Route Optimisation — £600 per brief
  • Multi-City Itinerary — £600 base plus £200 per leg beyond three

All prices are in pounds sterling. Prices may be updated from time to time; changes do not affect missions already requested and paid for.

2. Nature of the service

CVI produces predictive analysis based on published aerospace medicine literature and calibrated physiological modelling. The briefs are informational and advisory in nature. CVI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The outputs are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified medical professional. Any medical concerns should be addressed with your doctor.

The predictive model has inherent limitations. Individual physiology varies. Actual outcomes may differ from model predictions. The calibration loop tightens accuracy over time but does not guarantee any specific outcome.

3. Engagement

All clients must complete a one-time onboarding to establish their physiological profile before any mission brief can be generated. Missions are requested via the mission request form. Briefs are delivered by email, typically within the timeframes specified for each service tier.

4. Payment

Payment is required before brief delivery. Invoices are issued on request submission and are payable within 7 days. Briefs will not be delivered until payment has been received and reconciled. For retainer arrangements, separate terms apply.

5. Cancellations & amendments

  • If you cancel a mission request before brief generation has begun, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • If your flight details change before brief generation, the brief will be regenerated with the updated parameters at no additional cost.
  • If your flight details change after brief delivery, an updated brief can be issued at 50% of the original fee.
  • Briefs already delivered cannot be refunded.

6. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information during onboarding and mission requests. Inaccurate information produces inaccurate briefs.
  • Notifying us of any material change to your health, medications, or travel plans that could affect brief accuracy.
  • Using the brief as intelligence to inform your decisions — not as a mandatory instruction set. You remain responsible for your own travel decisions, health management, and professional obligations.

7. Intellectual property

All briefs, documentation, methodologies, and associated materials remain the intellectual property of Clear Vector Intelligence. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your briefs for your personal professional purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute briefs to third parties without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

Each brief is confidential and prepared exclusively for the named client. CVI treats all client information in confidence. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • CVI's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for the brief in question.
  • CVI is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost business, missed opportunities, or travel disruption.
  • CVI makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of predictions beyond reasonable application of published methodology.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Active clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
