Privacy Policy

Last updated · 16 April 2026

Clear Vector Intelligence ("CVI", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal information you provide when engaging our services.

Who we are

Clear Vector Intelligence is operated by Jay Blair as a sole operator. Contact: operations@clearvectorintelligence.com.

Information we collect

To deliver Mission Intelligence Briefs, we collect and process the following:

  • Identity information: your name and email address, submitted via the onboarding form.
  • Physiological profile: sensitivities, health flags, dietary preferences, airline and lounge memberships, travel patterns, and other personal parameters necessary to calibrate your brief.
  • Mission details: flight routes, dates, times, intent categories, and related logistics you provide when requesting a brief.
  • Feedback data: post-mission review scores and calibration observations you voluntarily submit.

How we use your information

Your information is used exclusively to:

  • Generate your personalised Mission Intelligence Briefs
  • Deliver briefs and related communications to you
  • Calibrate and improve the CVI prediction model using aggregated, de-identified patterns
  • Invoice you for services rendered
  • Respond to support requests and service enquiries

How we store your information

Your data is stored in encrypted Google Workspace infrastructure (Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail) with restricted access controls. Data in transit is protected via TLS encryption. Data at rest is encrypted by the underlying Google infrastructure.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only accessed by:

  • Jay Blair, as the sole operator of CVI
  • Google Workspace, as the underlying infrastructure provider
  • Google AI (Gemini API), which processes anonymised mission parameters to generate the physiological context narrative in each brief. No personally identifying information is transmitted in these API calls.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law (including UK GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations around invoicing records)
  • Request that we stop processing your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact operations@clearvectorintelligence.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We retain your personal profile and mission history for as long as you remain an active client, and for a further 24 months thereafter to support retrospective calibration analysis. Invoicing records are retained for 7 years as required by UK tax law. You may request earlier deletion of non-statutory data at any time.

Cookies & tracking

This website uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics (if enabled) to understand how the site is used. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party profiling tools.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email.
